If you’re not sure what session is for you, I invite you to send me a message so we can plan an introduction call in which I can help you. This is free of costs and I’m more than happy to make a personalised plan for you, based on your needs and wishes. 

I’m certified in Ayurveda, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Energy Alignment and Shamanic Arts. 

You can change or cancel your appointment up until 24h prior to the meeting time. When you cancel within 24h before the session starts, the full cost of the session must be honoured. The reason for this is the preparation time it costs me to get ready for a session. I find it important to value each other’s time and energy, which can only be done when a session is changed or cancelled at least 24h before the start of it.

Ayurveda and Holistic Counselling sessions are typically held via videocall. However, in person sessions are possible if requested and if practically possible. Breathwork can be held either via videocall or in person. The outcome of the session will be the same since energy transcends time and space but both options have different benefits. In person sessions give me the opportunity to use (if with consent) touch and sprays to stimulate different senses and chakra’s. Online sessions give you the opportunity to be in your own safe space.

No, you don’t need a referral from a doctor.
